Resolution:
I swapped out the blower motor resistor and the problem persisted. I put the original resistor back in and swapped out the blower motor assembly itself and it fixed the issue. Very simple and straight forward fix and it only cost me around $45. Thanks all for your help.
Noticed the other day that the hvac fan in the cabin has been surging (high then low). It is more pronounced when the fan is turned up high. Today I noticed it is making a grinding noise as well. Any ideas where I should begin my search?
I want to swap my stock halogen lights for LED Lights. I also have the stock housings. Can this be done simply by using the included driver plug and play kits or is modification necessary for them to work properly?

I am looking at switching my headlights to LED. My housings are cracked and beyond repair. What is the best housing to get for an LED application. I like the look of smoked housings and would like a more modern look. What do y’all recommend other than the MORIMOTO XB housings and lights?
Thanks swathdiver. I’ll check those out and see if that’s the issue. Are those clips simple plug and play into my old brake components or do I need to replace everything if that’s the issue?
I Checked the hubs front and back. If anything, the back passenger hub has a tiny bit of clunk. I’ll put that on the list. All the wheels seemed to turn alright. Didn’t seem to be any excess grinding and each wheel could be spun around a half turn by spinning in with moderate force and letting...
