Agree with both of them. Of I an 04 also and just finish redoing everything. Head unit, components, every speaker. Amps subs, all hidden. Takes time and planning but not hard. No start-“unknown driver”
As dumb as it sounds, everytime im working on my truck and it goes dead from me leaving the lights on, testing and nodding things. Yea just look up Pioneer shallow 8" enclosure. I waited for used ones to pop up. Big reason why I went this route, it's to make it somewhat flat with the trunk and for the seats to fold still and not be in the way. What Crossover settings?
I use the truck as a work truck sometimes and the 3rd row seats so I need the room. My truck came with the little woofer in the center console. I notched it out a little and fit that one up there. My truck doesn't come with the sub in the back panel so why not get one I picked up used for $25...- OB 04Denali

Does the head unit have a video output rca? I have an android head unit with 2 video rca output and works just fine. It Morris the screen so I have the power to the TVs to a switch so their on when I want them on.- OB 04Denali
