Where did YOU run your amp power wire?

I used an existing grommet on the driver's side firewall and passed my power lead through it, then I passed it all along the plastic cladding/carpet on the drivers side door and passenger door.

Where did YOU run your amp power wire?

Are you interested in where people run power leads through the firewall? or where they route them in the interior?

    Bass Knob Issues

Cant really say, I know my bass knob uses that ethernet port connection type and the sub sounds the same with or without it plugged in. It might be the 3.5mm jack that's causing your sub not to blast at full.

    2019 Tahoe LT Header Rust

Hey y'all, my parents' tahoe is brand spanking new, less than a 1000 miles on it and we decided to take a gander under the hood tonight. We were looking at the engine and noticed the heads are already rusted. Are yall having similar issues? Is this normal for a brand new truck? Appreciate the input.

2001 Z71 trans not shifting in this COOOOLD weather.

Yeah I'd agree with Mark, sounds like a warm up issue. Ill notice that my transmission will take a little bit to get to "normal" shifting patterns on real cold mornings if i just get in the truck and go. Even probably 5 minutes of warm up time would help your issue.

    Just got a Mvh-2400nex

I just did a simple head unit upgrade and added a sub later. The harness that everyone recommends and the one i personally use that has worked flawlessly for the past 6 months has been the PAC RP5-GM11. Plug and play with the old harness, real easy to set and program. Should work with your head...

    2003 Yukon Warm-Up Time

Ill start my tahoe in single digits if not negative and let it idle for 20 minutes. The gauge will read about 165 or the 1/4 mark and then after about 5-10 minutes of driving it'll hit operating. There's a lot of factors at play here that need to be determined before we can give an accurate guess.

    I need TPMS Help

if you have a buddy mechanic or even a shop that is generous enough, they should have a sensor that can read tpms frequencies and determine which sensor(s) are bad and which ones are good. Did that when i first bought mine and assumed two were bad, got it scanned to find out only one was bad.

    Snow Tires

Found some used cooper discoverer m+s studded snow tires on craigslist, bought a cheap set of 16' rims to go with 'er too. The tires are a 245/75r/16 in case yall were wondering, from what ive heard around town thinner is better. Will definitely consider blizzaks when these guys hit the bucket...
