    Don't forget that it will not pass emissions inspection if you have that in your area. For on road use I would go the other way and drop a 5.3 or 6.0 in. If it is to be for off road, then just get a 700r4 to go with it and elininate the stand alone tranny controller.

    I too would like to know what you find out. Since putting 22" wheels on the sterring has suffered a teeny bit. My '09 Ram with rack and pinion has always had a much better feel to it than the Tahoe does.

    Should be fine. You can't go too big, only too small. As long as you can physically fit it into the hole. You want all the CCA you can get if you live somewhere that gets really cold in the winter.
