Could just be a bad install from the factory. Take water hose and put it just on the top of windshield and see if it runs in if not move to shark fin then u can determine location. Probably a faulty install from factory. Depends on how bad leak is it can probably be patch from inside at dealer...
Take and pull the little rubber hose off the cowl it has a plastic spike that sticks up. And see if it blows water straight out. Then u will know the clog is on the wiper end
The way it is Plummed it feeds the driver side first then flows to passenger
