The orange tool from Amazon worked for me. If it doesn't and the method you used doesn't it's a good sign the sensor is dead. -

The batteries in the TPMS sensors last between 8-10 years at most. So your 2011 Tahoe is LONG overdue for a set of replacement sensors...
