Towing travel trailor advice
We tow our 2020 Grand Design Imagine XLS 27ft trailer with my RST. It really tows well with the combination of the weight distribution hitch and the auto leveling on the Tahoe. Our trailer is 5400lbs dry and 6800lbs with our gear.- IROCQUE

Very nice! The RST is packaged much differently on the 2021s. 6.2 is only offered on the High Country along with the ventilated seats, heads up display, adaptive cruise etc...- IROCQUE

So do you pull with water tanks full? I used to have a 2018 Starcraft 187TB which was much shorter and lighter with the tanks full. It didn't feel like I was hauling anything behind the Tahoe.- IROCQUE

I measured the ride height on the front and the rear after the distribution bars were put on. Front was 38.0" and rear was 37.5" as what was recommended by Fastway. I didn't start pulling the trailer right away, drove this Tahoe for about 5000km on it more than what GM had recommended. My 2018 Tahoe LS had the 5.3 and the revs where much higher on hills and didn't have the magnetic ride suspension and there was a little more visible sag on the rear too.- IROCQUE

I carried a few extra camping folding chairs in the Thule roof carrier and an outdoor metal clothes dryer. It was just a test to see if the roof carrier was necessary plus my wife didn't want them in the new trailer as they would roll around.- IROCQUE

I pulled my 2020 Grand Design Imagine 23BHE for the first time over the weekend with my 2020 RST. The weight of my trailer is about 5500lbs dry add about another 850lbs with gear and food. 2021 Yukon Denali Purchased!!
Very nice. I couldn't wait for the 2021 Tahoe here in Canada as they are not scheduled to land at the dealers until next month or September. So I just pulled the trigger on a 2020 RST instead. 5.3 vs 6.2 octane
My 2018 Tahoe with the 5.3 runs good with mid-grade 91 octane, however I did run 93-94 Octane when I tow my travel trailer and it seems to run much better. Now that I have the 6.2 in my 2020 RST, I plan to stick with 92 octane as best as possible especially when I pull the travel trailer.- IROCQUE
