    Who pays a deposit on a vehicle . Sorry I have never once put a deposit on one including the Tahoe I got a couple weeks ago. (Sorry couldn’t resist ) I have bought a ton from my dealer so maybe that’s why.

    The Highcountry is a nice ride. That was my first choice but was constrained when I ordered so ended up in a6.2 Z71. I would recommend air ride if it’s not constrained.

    1100 means GM hasn’t accepted the order. If dealer has allocation could be constrained. My first HighCountry Sat for months at 1100 and the dealer had plenty of allocation. Contraints killed it.

    If you are at 1100 it means GM hasn’t accepted your order to build it. Check with Linton on GM inside news.

    Be careful with GM chat their information is horrible. I was told congratulations on ordering your new 2021 Tahoe from them multiple times and that truck was never built. I was still getting emails from them a week and half after I picked my 2022 up saying it was in transit with no estimated...

    So 1100 means the dealer put your order in the system. 2000 means GM has picked the order up to be built. If you are still at 1100 then current constraints would apply to you as order has not made it to 2000. Another caveat to the entire thing is if they run out of something on the line...

    What you need to ask your dealer for is the status code and TPW. Constraints that come up after your past 1100 may not be an issue.

    2022 high country suburban order

    I find the power counsel is handy. Illumation package is cool but can be added later. I haven’t had the rear emergency brake kick in so I’m not sure how it works. I know if I have the trash cans out it picks them up but only as a warning.

    I have not had an issue. Pretty much the same as any other vehicle. Make sure defrost is on.

    Any Constraint Updates for 1/6/22?

    The best thing you can do is get the status code from the dealer if you have an order in. GM chats are worthless. All dealers can see constraints when they put in order’s so they should be able to tell you. They get updated weekly on constraint changes.

    2021 HC new available

    I know of a 2021 HC that is available at MSRP and dealer will honor GMS if eligible in southern WI. Any one interested PM me and I can give you contact information.

    Delayed Delivery of Yukon SLT

    I wish you luck as well. My experience has been the GM Dealer reps don’t have any information either. Been down that road as well.
