I have a wall of speakers so the rear AC is blocked from the front right behind the B pillar. I am building a new enclosure and I need every square inch possible. Where the rear AC is mounted, that prime real-estate . Thank you for letting me know about the caps, I will look them up

I found the culprit, it was a heater connector on the firewall, its the black one in the picture. It was leaking on the exhaust manifold and burning off. Glad I found it because I was about to replace the intake and intake manifold gasket.
Whenever my 2004 5.3 Yukon is running I can smell coolant from outside of the vehicle. I have changed my water pump, upper and lower radiator hoses, coolant temp sensor and my coolant tank. there is no sign of a leak (no wet spots) anywhere. I have even smelled my exhaust pipe but I keep passing...

I used the JZ designs Alt bracket. I know for sure that I would need to mod the brake fluid reservoir. I will look into the DC to see , I never thought about that
So I can add an additional alternator. I might be able to get a small case alternator and clear the hydraboost but I figured i'd ask to see if the swap wasn't a major pain in the butt.

Has anyone switched from hydraboost to a standard brake booster set up or know how? What all would I need to change/ replace? Vehicle is a 2004 Yukon with a 5.3 , Thanks for any help
