I agree with that, it seems like a relatively simple task to manage these gas fumes, yet the whole system is so unreliable and susceptible to dust. If there is a way to safely remove the whole system and throw it in the trash I might just go that route. I bet a larger vent line would help, but...- Booby1323

Trade wood grain dash for brushed aluminum 2009 Tahoe

Another idea of mine was to gut an extra pair of third row seats and build sub enclosures on one or both of them. Well sorry for taking so long @Moose912 but I got some pictures. I didn't take pictures of underside on console lid opened up. But it was pretty easy to run wire through lid and to 12v plug inside console. Im sure it would be easy to hard wire charger rather than use the plug if you wanted to... -
