Did you try pumping in Marvel mystery oil straight into the head with an aquarium pump? I can give more details but there are videos online you can surely refer to for help on how exactly. If you cleaned the TB on the vehicle I’m hoping you used actual throttlebody cleaner and suction/vacuum as opposed to just a rag on your finger (which by the way worked great On my O2 Caddy EXT) but on my current 2012 Yukon Dinali I tried the same, open the throttle manually, spritz, wipe, let...- Ben Prokop
