    TPMS Sensors

I put these in last year. They worked fine. I’d buy them again. ROADFAR 315MHz Programmed Tire Pressure Monitoring System Sensor (TPMS) 13598771 13598772 13586335 Sets of 4 https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07JPLBCJP/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_i_5SF9GH8ZT8FP5DQC50JS?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1

    Watchouts for buying a 2007 ESV 6.2?

Hi everyone. I currently have a 2007 Yukon XL 4wd (5.3l). I would like a bit better towing capability, so I’m looking at a 2007 Escalade ESV with the 6.2 and 6 speed transmission. Is this a smart upgrade? Anything specific to the 6.2/6speed that I should look at or be worried about? It...

    Price for rear gear swap?

2WD I assume? Sounds like you upgraded the carrier, which would make the price about right (Probably what you are calling the pumpkin). The GM G-80 locker has a sketchy reputation if you had that. I spent about 700 for bearings and an eaton traclok carrier for my 07, and I reused my...

    Price for rear gear swap?

Price at a good shop by me is about $300 labor plus whatever parts you choose. I still did my 07 myself.

    Good body repair stuff

Seams are tough to stop, but yes. I’ll throw another idea out. I have used clear epoxy from walmart for my door seam work in the past. Clear is nice because you can see through it and find recurring rust sooner. For this type of stuff, I use a dremel with a cutting wheel and keep grinding...

    Good body repair stuff

Exactly. Worry about getting it cleaned and sealed up good. Maybe find a good spot to mask to and shoot some black paint on it to hide it.

Need Help! My 07 Yukon XL is very very dead

Yes, I reprogrammed with the the TIS2000 software and no internet connections. It was a bit of a guessing game on whether it would do it, what the deal is with the online subscriptions, etc. Apparently there are cal files on the TIS2000 CD, at least for older stuff. I had to search and find...

Need Help! My 07 Yukon XL is very very dead

2AM and the Yukon is fixed. The Tech2 said the BCM was not communicating. I messed around for a long time trying to figure out whether I could program a new BCM. Many hours later, I had my old Windows XP machine pulled out of the attic and fired up. I needed a serial port and windows XP for...

Need Help! My 07 Yukon XL is very very dead

Everything points to the BCM. I’m not seeing how to program a BCM with the tech2 though. Where do I start?

Need Help! My 07 Yukon XL is very very dead

[emoji22] I’ll translate the fuse diagram back to the circuit description in the manual. That would make a bit more sense.

Need Help! My 07 Yukon XL is very very dead

A little video... It is actually throwing a P1682 code, not P1685. Red circles have power all the time. Nothing changes in the Accessory key position. Yellow highlights have power in the Run key position.
