The problem with the iPhone video is really annoying. I had to investigate to figure out how to make it work and I finally did. It's a temperamental system. I wish GMC would have put more thought into the entertainment since this is such a "family" centered vehicle.

Anyhow, I created a webpage to explain the three options available to watch video from iPhones. Hopefully it will save someone out there some time and energy...

wow. On such a high tech car, including this low tech is kinda frustrating... I would hope that they could update this in the near future. I did think it was odd when I sat in the back seat at the dealer and commented to my wife " Do we even have anything that has composite output?"

GM was given the right advice but GM was "smarter" than the experts and ended up with a system under powered (processor power) to do what they intended, with bluetooth that wouldn't support what they intended and with an audio system that would be an embarrassment even in a Corvair or Ford Falcon in the sixties.

I bought a new filter, but cant get the glove box out. I removed the 2 screws on the top and then the 2 under the box and also removed the cable, which is on the right side. it still wont budge. Any ideas? The manual makes it look easy, but has a picture of screws inside the actual glovebox. I don't have screen in the compartment. Thanks.

No offense man but spamming the forums asking the same question every where isn't going to help you get an answer any faster. I haven't changed out the filter myself so I can't really suggest anything other than to view the installation video that K&N has on their website. I believe it is a video for the Silverados but the same principle applies with regards to the screws to take out and the way to pull out the glove box.
