Does anyone know the actual size of the factory speakers in my 2000 NBS yukon. I need to replace all the speakers, and need to know what size they are before pulling the doors all apart. Thanks.

My '05 took 6.5" in front and rear doors. Although, being honest here, I think the rear doors are 5.25" in my truck, but 6.5" fit fine.

To double check, go to crutchfield.com and run your truck through their system. It will tell you what fits and does not.

How hard would it be to fit a 10" ? Ya know, just for a lil xtra bump bump!!

The stock sub in the rear is a 8" with a mounting depth of 5".

that's the mounting depth for the stocker? How deep is the sub well? I found some shallow mount subs that are 8" deep. Curious to know if they will work?

In the stock location, above the drivers side rear wheel well, and poping the stock trim back in place......impossible. Not enough room... Some sort of encloser will have to be used.
