Yours sounds so much different than mine, I guess the single chamber Flowmaster makes that much of a difference in the sound. That is definitely not the s/c whine, maybe your intake, do you have sharp edges on it? Do you have a throttle body spacer?

Honestly I thought the same thing and I went back and heard your vid, the flowmaster is definitely loud and you know it's a flow when you hear it start up! Could it be more restrictive on the exhaust and causing more whine?

I was reading the comments while I let all the videos load...was wondering just how "scary" it was...if it actually "screamed" instead of the typical whine...well...after I watched the videos...its true..I agree...it sounds like a damn horror movie driving by....like some animal screaming as its heart is being ripped from its chest by some mutant monster...lol...that shit is siiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiick!!!!

No sharp edges on the intake and no useless tb spacer. It's hard to tell where exactly the "scream" is coming from, but I know it's not like any s/c I've ever heard before.

Love the sound of the blower. Is that a roots style supercharger?
Yessir, roots.

Yea, it's in 7-8 lbs of boost the second I hit the throttle, no matter what rpm, then climbs to 10 lbs up around 4k. The instant boost from these roots is perfect for these heavy trucks.
I guess you're running a Procharger on the f-body?

Yep. With the Torque Converter I am able to get 8# off the line, then it will climb to 10#.

It'd be a beast. AWD would help with traction, I'd assume, for us we could break em loose and start busting doughnuts.

With all other engine mods being equal, it wouldn't be hard at all for you to overtake a 5.3 SUV from holeshot all the up to top end. Your EXT is lighter, has the slightly more powerful 6.0, and awd to help launch quicker.

awds can do donuts too. i do donuts on 6s already. but the parking lot as to be perfect, and its still a little sketchy because i feel like my truck may tip but other than that its good. we should all throw in money to make my truck have the same mods as him so we can see which is faster. hah

ha id consider. this is way off topic but i have to ask. i started putting my system in on my truck yesterday and i was going to run 2 speakers on the front panels like yours but i would have to cut out some of the metal on the door and their is the window motor right there so i cant.

what kinda speakers did you use that have small enough magnets to not have to cut it?

I'm using Infinity Kappas. You cant just trim the door panel. You have to build a new baffle on the door panel to ount the speakers to. It's a tight fit depthwise, so you can't use anything with a large mounting depth.
