iv got an 02 tahoe that was running fine and all at once lost all power. It's getting fuel , but not firing. Changed crankshaft sensor checked all fuses it's not security. I'm leaning towards a bad wire connection somewhere. Can someone help me out .thanks

Have you confirmed you have spark to the plugs, and what's your fuel pressure? And confirming that you have starter engagement and engine rotation? "Loss of power" vs. "Not starting"?

What brand crankshaft sensor did you install? I ask this as i had rebuilt the 5.3 on my yukon and changed out with all new sensors. I used a gm crankshaft sensor. I did not that GM had redesigned the pin connector and it required changing that out also. Ended up removing it and installing a Borg Warner and it fired right up.

The OP hasn't been on here this year.
