the most mine usually get is some dawn dish soap & hot water, probably could use a good polish as well though
I used turtlewax chrome polish and a cone polish wheel and 3 inch buffer on my drill.

I tried just straight polishing compound but it had a werid reaction on the chrome..but the chrome polish took it right off

Installed! Just pulled the airbag fuses and set it on top of the steering column, no battery disconnect

Baby got new shoes - Falken A/T4W Wildpeaks in 285-70-17.

...and brake calipers, brake shoes, Brembo brake rotors, and front hubs. Found out some 285/70-17s are more 285/70-17 than others. These are in the more category - a full 33" in diameter and even with the PO's ride height adjustment I had to cut some inner fender to clear them.
Yeah, my old Mickey Thompson MT's were 285/70r17 and were darn close to a 33x11.50...the tire has been self clearancing what little inner fender i left covering the windshield washer bottle.
I'm pretty sure those things are brazed with gouda cheese at the factory. I replaced my leaky 2.5-year-old Cold Case with a Denso and haven't looked back.
I like cheese

good luck!
Thanks, this is the updated one with the straight upper mounts rather than the 90°, and the end tanks without the ripples in the middle.
Hopefully this updated one doesn't have issues.

But I did get three and a half years out of the first one without issue.

The only thing I'm curious about is if my trimmed fan shroud is going to have a huge gap now or not.

And I'm eventually going to put my dang Hood louvers in which is going to keep my temps down overall anyway.

that was from the light reflection, both sides match the same

They actually look really nice.
I may have to get a set for my Yukon, the left side has a pretty big scratch from the PO.

I like the brushed look more than the flat look of the originals.
