Fueling 2010 Tahoe

Have you tested the vent solenoid under the hood? It's on the driver's side of the intake plenum by the fuel line. 2 wire connector.

If that fails shut, you will have fueling issues. You can also unplug the line from the senor as a test to see if opening it to atmosphere helps your problem. Just make sure to reconnect afterwards

The vent solenoid is under the rear of the vehicle and is open with ignition off (e.g., when fueling). Always shut the engine off when fueling. The purge solenoid is the one on the engine and is closed with ignition off.

The vent solenoid is the one to check for having a plugged filter, excessive dirt, or not opening when the ignition is off. Replacement solenoids also usually relocate it to a more protected part of the underbody so the problem won't happen as often.

Not being able to fill can be caused by many things -- plugged vent solenoid, plugged vapor canister, canister charcoal migrated to evap vent lines, etc.

What he said.....got my solenoids confused.
