Alexa in 23 Yukon AT4, has anyone received update to download?

Just making sure I am not missing something, I have called Onstar several times, no help and still no update. I have read conflicting stories that some 23's should already have Alexa, so just making sure I was not losing my mind. Also, making sure by chance the dealership bypassed it, loaded Google? wishful thinking maybe? Just want to commiserate with others I guess! Ha Ha! Thanks in advance!

Are you sure you have Alexa, and not mistaking it for Google assistant?

Have you checked the Google play store. I don’t believe Alexa app is available on the 22+

I posted a pic of my Alexa but it says waiting for moderator. What is nice is I don't have to open the app to use it, I just say Alexa what time is it or whatever and she answers.

I do not remember downloading any apps, I don't think I did. Pretty sure it was just there.

Just there from the get go, or just there after an OTA update or visit to the dealer?

I forgot to respond! Yes, I dont even have the option to download the Alexa app in my infotainment system, it is not there. I called Onstar and they say check for updates? it is not available yet? Which is strange considering older vehicles have it and I got an email in January from them that it was now available for my vehicle. I think I am going to call the dealership.

Thank you for the picture. That is interesting, my 23 Yukon does not even offer the option to download that app and I have done all updates. I am going to call the dealership where we bought it, Onstar had no answers.

Yes, believe it or not, I was kind of shocked myself, no Alexa option at all is on my info system. I have Google assistant, that is the only option, other than Siri of course if I have Apple car play. I am going to call the dealership, Onstar had no answers other than keep downloading system updates.

Can hardly believe this may be true, but perhaps Chevrolet gets Alexa, GMC does not?

My 23 Yukon and the 23 2500HD both have Alexa installed. The Yukon it's on the last screen when you swipe. We don't use Alexa, and I can't figure out how to uninstall it.
