Ahh, makes sense. In Colorado we pull the plates and keep them; they never (should) go with the car. Seller can be liable if the new owner doesn't transfer the registration and title.

The other thing that a lot of buyers here don't generally know is that the seller is required to have an emissions test passed within the 30 days prior to the sale. Otherwise the buyer accepts responsibility for it passing emissions, which could be a problem (and maybe the reason for the sale). Dealers can try to give the buyer a $25 coupon to the seller, to cover the emissions test cost, but the buyer can insist on the dealer having it done within 3 days after the sale. After that it's on the buyer.

Really clean and looks to have nice tires. Good luck!

Oh, Cerakote would fix that faded trim and last for a while (like, a year or more).
Friend of ours has that Cerakote and we will be doing that. I have a new water pump, thermostat and water outlet and wiper blades coming from RA and should be here Friday and will likely do the water pump on my birthday on the 24th. Yea!!!!!

I watched a Project Farm vid on those coatings and Cerakote was the best. It wasn't the cheapest. But, with how long it lasted compared to the others, it may as well have been. Also, a member here put it on probably almost two years ago now and was keeping a thread updated on how it was holding up. Impressive stuff.

You're still young enough to have birthdays?!

Soooo, ended up buying the TrailBlazer for $7400. She just could not pass up the no dents, no tears, AWD, 70,212 miles and wanted one more test drive. We drove to my home and ran it up on the ramps. I had my blinding light out and looked all over for any leaks. Everywhere, and I mean everywhere was dry except for one place. There is a splash shield under the front area that has a small square window that is removed for oil filter access and it had orange drops hanging from it. Coolant. I looked up and saw the orange drop hanging from back of the water pump pulley. The price was $7500 till the drop and was now down to $7400. She wanted it and we bought it and I already ordered the new water pump and new thermostat with water outlet housing and new wiper blades because they streaked. The electric fan clutch had been replaced 35k ago. Here are the pics. Look close for the orange dot of coolant.
