going from 20' to 22's. How can I keep my speedometer correct? Does this require a transmission tune?

Regardless if 17s or 24s, the overall tire diameter is all that matters. For 22s, the factory used 285/45R22. This is a mere .6% larger than the stock 275/55R20. If the tires honestly measure what their sidewalls advertise, your speedometer will be .1 MPH off at 20 MPH, .4MPH at 60 and 70 and .6 MPH at 90. So, far from anything worth reprogramming for.

Since I always run summer and winter tires and they are 20's to 22's, and the diameters are different I use this tool. This is a good tire size calculator and will also give you the speedometer error if there is one, check it out,
