Thanks for the info. It was what I figured but wanted to clarify before buying a semi expensive mistake.

So what about rear springs?

A 3 inch lift up front will make the rear an inch lower than the front.

Especially for us Denali guys.

What rear spring are people using to be able to give the rear the correct lift to match the coilover height?

I am curious about the same thing for my GMT900 Yukon Denali. I was looking at Icon, though Fox seems like a higher standard particularly for an off road setup.

You might want to look into ADS as well. It’s a proper 2.5 inch coilover with a reservoir and a comp adjuster if you order it that way. They will tune it for your needs.

They don’t have different quality shocks like fox and king etc. They only have their full race spec.

Also the wait time is shorter. Tell Tyler at ADS that Charles O sent you

I just installed the Fox 2.0 coil overs on a 2016 suburban and it raised my front end 3 inches. The threads were showing 2 13/16”. Looks like I will have to adjust them Down.

For those with denalis. Did you eliminate the air ride rear? And what springs did you use?

I’m going to 2.5 coilovers in the front and 2.5 remote reservoir in the back.

At first I am not going to do Firestone bags in the springs. Just use the fooler plugs.

But I finally found what it think are the suburban z71 springs. Hoping that they will be enough to raise my 15i Yukon xl Denali an inch in the back.
And the coilover will raise the front 2 inches.
