So I spent a whole lot more time on the Yukon yesterday than I planned, with little to show for it in the end.
A while back I installed some leveling spacers under my front struts to raise my ride height up front for better ground clearance for some of the off road tracks we frequent. When I was done with the initial change, I still had about 1/2” rake.
I decided I would buy some thicker spacers and level it out completely. I thought I had the math right for what I needed in the new spacers, but after I got them installed, lowered it back down and drove around for a little bit, it seemed higher in front than back. I measured it and it was 1/2" higher up front. Cripes!
The only positive thing was there was a lot less wrestling getting the thinner spacers back in the second time, but it certainly was more work out than I had planned.
I guess the good news is I saved myself the cost of another alignment... Man, I am really sore today.
I know the spacers didn't stay on long but, where are the pictures, tyf members love pictures. Lol
Filled it up with E85 at $2.19/gal.
Been about 2 weeks since last fillup, which was E85 at the same price.
Beats the cheapest 93 octane price around of $3.19/gal

Jersey doesn't have it at all.Wish E85 was more consistently available in my area. i'd have to make a special trip to get it (and sometimes i do).
Nowhere? Seems odd.Jersey doesn't have it at all.
Probably part of that can’t trust you to pump your own gas thing they have.Nowhere? Seems odd.
Not quite as technical as I thought it might be but interesting nonetheless.
Yup. Even of the stations that have it, most is poor quality: according to @BBP. We have it at all these new-built “*** & Go” station, but I was informed the quality is not good. So I drive about 25 miles round trip to fill up at an “Alta”, who sell Conoco.(but the E85 is not a Conoco product), so I’m unsure where they buy their E85, but it’s better than the *** & Go stuff.Wish E85 was more consistently available in my area. i'd have to make a special trip to get it (and sometimes i do).
