I have a 2009 Yukon Denali 6.2L and these are the current mods I have done so far

Cold Air Inductions CAI
Jet Performance MAF sensor
Flowmaster 40 Series Muffler
Dual Exhaust and Resonator Delete
Black Bear Performance Tune- ordered

Fuel Assault 20" Wheels (no offset)
LED Fog Light Pods
LED Headlights
Escalade Tail Lights & 3rd Brake Light
LED Interior Light Swap
LED Interior Floor Lights (Red)
JVC KW-V850BT Headunit- ordered

Later down the road, I would love to replace the headers and the cam. Any other recommendations?

Go straight supercharger skip cam and headers. I have cam and headers on mine. It picks up tons but by the time you add up cost when you use high quality parts, youre at nearly same price

It would be helpful to know what your end goal is or what type of driving you mainly do.

To just say give me recommendations leaves the door wide open.

As a for instance, my first recommendation would be to lose the ugly minivan looking front end and swap it out for a Tahoe/Suburban front clip, i personally don't like the Yukon/Denali front end, although some colors of the Yukon make it look worse/better.

More specifics on what you are trying to accomplish would help.

Escalade Premium dual exhaust set up. At least have all the part numbers handy for when a texting idiot ruins your bumper so their insurance can replace it with this ...

It is always amazing to me when I see an SLT Yukon where the owner has swapped in a Denali front clip. On Autotrader, you don’t need to see the Carfax to know it was in a front end accident when you see it. Auto body guy to owner, “I can put a Denali front on it while we are fixing things”. Owner, “sure! Thanks!” :)
