Im looking for the black backing you see there, the rectangular insert. Mine is really faded. I suppose I can hit it with spray paint, but I wanted to look at a replacement. Any idea what the part number is?

Update: Taking the OEM one out of the grill is easy enough. Its held in with clips but they are semi-permanently held on with plastic glue/weld. So just pop them off with a flathead and youll have to add your own plastic jbweld when you put it back. Im going to spray it flat black since its super faded and peeling. Thanks for the help

I would just get a black mesh or billet inserts and call it a day. You won’t find the factory inserts by themselves, would have to buy the whole grille assembly.
