2019 Tahoe LT
Like the title says, the trans started slipping a lot recently. When you are going around a corner at low speed for example and then hit the gas again, it will lug down in a high gear or "kick" into gear and just generally slip, shift a lot, search for gear.
Runs 195+ degrees all the time, though it is hot where I live (southwest US), it never ran that hot before. Saw 203* this weekend for the first time.
Took it to the dealer once already, they said it was a "computer issue" and "reprogrammed" the transmission. I felt no difference and it's only gotten worse.
Don't want to keep wasting time bringing it to the dealer for them to tell me nothing's wrong, what should I do? Has anyone had this issue before?
