Howdy.

Wife and I bought our first SUV, black '14 Yukon SLT with 90k. It's in great shape. Started life as a rental vehicle and was bought a year later by the PO. It has been meticulously taken care of, all the scheduled services performed at the appropriate times. I'll have this thing until it falls apart, so I'm glad that I'm starting with a goodun from the get go.

It won't stay stock for long. Plans to add cat-back, MIT, BBP tune, 22'' black snowflakes, 10% tint, blacked headlight housings, smoked tails, LED everything. I've already debadged it, just waiting for a good day to take the moulding off. It'll be the wife's DD and she wanted a "murdered out mom mobile!"

I drive a '09 GMC LMM duramax that I've done a full delete and it's been tuned. Wish I could do the DSP5 switch in the Yukon, but gassers don't work that way...

Looking forward to starting the build!

Welcome to the Forum from NH. Pics, please.

You've come to the right Forum to share your mod ideas and successes, and any potential problems that you may encounter in implementing any mods. Folks here are (1) very knowledgeable, (2) are very willing to share their recommendations, experiences, and perspectives, and (3) last, but not least, are VERY willing to help you spend your money on your truck.

I look forward to your participating in this Forum.

Please put your truck's details on your signature line, so that folks will know your truck details at a glance, when you post on this Forum's discussions.

Good luck and success on your upcoming mods.

Yes, It's a 4x4. I wanted a selectable transfer case, that's I went with an SLT.

Same reasoning for me as well. Turns out AWD isn't as detrimental as I originally thought. But we do like the 2-speed TC for playing in the mud and sand.

Keep the fluids clean and get a Tech-2 so you can work on both trucks. Truck looks great! Is it an SLT2? Air ride or dumb suspension?

I've got an Edge Insight CTS2 on my Truck and I plan on getting one for the Yukon.

It's an SLT2 with ZW7 suspension.
