Want to get the pass. side wiper sprayer off the arm. It's clogged and I'm not having much luck with it on the vehicle.

Don't have a puller else I'd remove the whole arm.

Tried to finagle it out but it's stuck in there by something I can't entirely identify. Can't get a good angle on it to view. Feels springy.

Sorry that I cannot help you on this issue, as I do not know how the washer nozzle assembly is attached to the wiper arm. I was able to get the front wiper arms off by applying leverage in different directions, until it freed up and came off. I did need a puller, however, to remove the rear wiper arm.

I simply changed out the entire wiper arm, which came with the attached washer nozzle and fluid hose. I purchased them on Rock Auto, and they were pretty cheap.

Ypu shouldn't need a puller for any. I just put my palm over the joint and push and pull until it pops off (worked for rear also) if its stuck maybe try some penetrating fluid

Lift the arm up and use it as leverage to rock it back and forth and it will come off.

I'm glad that you were able to remove all three wiper arms by hand. There have been a few of us who were not able to remove the rear wiper arm, without using a puller, even after multiple doses of penetrating lubricant.
