Fixed - 2015 PPV back windows only go down about an inch

Question, just found out my back windows only go down about an inch. Is there a fix for this?

its prolly upfitter programming, considering its a PPV
suppose it could be some sort of insert in the door as well.

usually the rear door locks and openers are disabled as well.

No option for this, only option is disabled rear window access. Sounds like a bad window motor.

Like Roger said, if it's both and they both only go down an inch and it's a PPV, there has to be a stop

To all of you, thank you.
I found the problem, pulled the door panels off and they had screwed in sheet metal screws to keep the window from going down.
The switches in the rear doors don't work, but that's fine for now.
