99 yukon, left side rear turn signal and brake light not working. Rapid blink, front signal only works. All right side work ok. Already replaced bulb and flasher. Any idea what the problem is?

Sounds very much like a ground problem. I always have a 4 foot long section of 12-14 gauge wire with alligator clips on each end for times like this. Ad that as another source of ground to the bulb/socket holder at the left rear. You will need to remove that holder from the mount and check that. You may also have a power feed problem to it as well. Check all wires leading to the sockets. I don't know for sure but others will likely know if there is a junction box/connector at the frame area at the rear for all this as well.

Plus, see below what Wes said.

Just to close the conversation, the problem turned out to be the bulb mounting plastic plate. Got a new one from Amazon, $7.

Tip, use a magnetized screw driver to remove the screws that hold the taillight assembly to the body

Where it gets it's ground.

Those tail light boards are so hoakey. One of mine stopped working. I looked at that sucker for a while and started peying up all the contact points to get better contact and it started working again

So I guess I’m not the only one that has a small collection of screws forever lost into those holes.

Awesome design.
