2015 denali yukon navigation question

just bought this truck for the wife 2 weeks ago. and i took it for a ride last night using the navigation. which worked fine except the voice prompts kept saying to take a left turn even when it was a right turn. if i had to take a right and then a left. the voice would say take a left and a left. not everytime though. sometimes it did say turn right. but several times when the nav was guiding you right. the voice would say left. anyone else having this issue? is there a fix?

Turn off voice prompts

I use the voice navigation quite a bit and never had any issues as you describe. I'd say it needs a software wipe and reload.
