Anyone ever put lights in door panel so they will shine through door speaker holes, I have the Bermuda blue paint job so my color changes from purple to green to blue all the time so I was thinking about matching the color theme inside and out and want to put 2 different lights in speaker grills,
Or will I need to make a thousand new holes in the grills, kids love my lights on my last Denali, so thinking about Doin something crazy with the lights this truck

Or anyone have any ideas

I would think if you have the courtesy lights in your door panels already it would be easy to just patch into the wire to do whatever you want, on my 2012 GM got cheap and deleted the door panel lights.

I just noticed on mine that it doesnt have the door panel lights anymore. I also dont have the footwell lights, but neither did my truck til I added them. Thats something Im definitely going to have to wire up for this tahoe. Something kept feeling off and dark about the interior...and its the front footwells

I added a LED strip under the edge of the dash for footwell lighting and some led's under the running boards and tied in the puddle lights because I use a aftermarket alarm/keyless entry system which didn't light the puddle lights

Yeah thats what I had in the truck, was a 6" strip in the footwells. Need to do it to this truck, but will have to wait til spring when its warm out.

Lights on my running boards would get ripped off with how I will end up using this truck haha

I bought small light bars that about 10" long each sealed in some kind of epoxy and they are screwed in, no way they would get damaged unless I bottomed out on some rocks or something, even then they are in the groove under the board

U maybe on to something these maybe that's what I should do, underbody light kit, wire it to my kill switch that turns amps on and off (of course when I purchase and I hook it all up)
