I blamed belt or pulleys. But took off both belts, started the truck and the problem is still there.
Checked oil levels in the engine and transmission, everything is up to regular level.
Hmmm....

here's the video.

please ignore black dust on the alternator, it was a result of blown AC which I changed some time ago, just didn't clean the alternator.
I took both belts off, turned the engine sound was still there, no difference.

What year? Clutch or electric fans?

In the video they're off.
I was monitoring the problem with fans on and off and there was no difference in sound or it's frequency.

It did sound as a bad pulley at first but due to I removed all the belts as an additional test and the sound was still there (the only thing that moved was the crank shaft pulley). I'm not sure what it could be.

When press accelerator frequency of the sound rises.

So, no accessories are at fault and I'm gonna say it's not the torque converter or flexplate since it does it parked/idling and in gear/driving.

Poke around with a mechanic's stethoscope to see if you can at least narrow it down to a general area. SES light on? I'm wondering if it's not really a squeak, but more of a pulsed whistle from a vacuum leak. Like, if an intake manifold gasket somehow leaked just the right way that the air being sucked through the leak could whistle each time that cylinder inhaled.
