Rear main seal oil leak

Im very depressed with this discovery. Gonna put some at205 stop leak in there for the time being. Im aware how big of job it is to fix. Im in a dark place

Dropped a nice big spot on my carport today. Might have filled the palm of your hand

Are you sure it’s the rear main? There are places above that area that are known to leak.

Grab a few cans of SuperTech brake cleaner from Walmart. It's cheap and works great. Get some goggles and preferably also a face shield. Spray off everything that's wet with oil. I like to blow dry it with the compressor. Let it run for a bit or a day if it's a normal slow leak, then look for the origination spots.
