2001 Chevy tahoe. I got these headlights from sypder which I thought was a decent brand. And for some reason these headlights just fit horriblely the gaps are horrible. Anything I could adjust to fix it? Or are the headlights just cheaply made. Don’t mind the hood gonna get the 2500 hood soon.

i like anzo as far as updated assemblies and tyc off rockauto also seems pretty good. your other problem is anything you tweek to reposition the assembly will also need to be counter corrected with the adjusters. if you dont have enough adjustment you sol and back to square 1. i dont know what you could possibly do id have to look at an 01 assembly to be able to make further comments.

have you checked to make sure you have the pins installed correctly? if the pins are not in the lower hole it will make the lights point upward like that creating a gap, if you are not sure use a flashlight with the pins out and look down inside to be sure the holes lined up before inserting the pins.

Yea the pins are both in but it was a struggle to get the pins on the driver side to go in. The passenger side ain’t as bad and those pins went in pretty easily.

You could always take the rear adjusting assemblies off your stockers and put them on the new headlights.
They don’t line up right. The holes for the screws that hold the adjusters to the bracket are different and I don’t have a drill

I meant are they in straight? there is a guide hole at the top and on the bottom, it's possible to put the pin's in and not be in the lower guide hole which makes the lights point up, creating a gap at the bottom which is what they look like in your photos
