Mine keeps setting off P0442. The only thing the Tech-2 can do at this point is reset the code. I've run the tests but it has passed them all. Need to get a smoke machine and a decent one is $200 clams. I do have some 7.2V smoke generators from my rc tank days but not sure it would pump enough smoke to fill the system.

James I would gamble on the small evap leak and replace the front solenoid they are like $25-30.00 that's what it was on mine, watched some videos and they can can get "sticky" it might work one time and then not the next or if it was a little to cold that morning, etc.. in one a guy was taping on it with a hammer and making it work and not work again.

Well, it passed the tests with the Tech-2 though, no leaks. I'm thinking it's a line or connection somewhere else, probably under the truck on top of the gas tank, the most difficult place to access!
