Best wiper blades

Like other folks have stated, I use Bosch icon's and Rain-X. I rarely need to use anything than the automatic intermittent wiper mode.

My 2007 Yukon XL Denali has a sensor on the upper portion of the center of the windshield that senses the presence water and its volume on the windshield, and it automatically starts the windshield wipers, and then continuously adjusts their speed according to the volume of water hitting the windshield.

My '08 Burb has this as well but I believe the option was done away with on later years, if I'm not mistaken.

They also got rid of the heated washer fluid option and did a recall on it.

I normally buy RainX but Costco had some Michelin wipers for $5 each. They've been working great

When I replaced mine I went with https://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=3147126&cc=1442911&jsn=487 and they were shorter than the bosch icons that were on it. Also the driver side was 2 inches longer. Anyone else have different length wipers and are they supposed to be? My daughter's Avenger has different lengths.

Wife has a 2014 Chevy sonic. It has 26 driver and 15 passenger. What a pain. Passenger only available from 2 manufacturers because of the way it mounts.

And for the Bosch icons on my truck there is an A for driver and a B for passenger.

I do a lot of bad-weather highway driving and have tried them all. I was a Bosch fan but still had problems getting a clean wipe at highway speeds. I got Trico Force wipers last fall and these are hands-down the cleanest wiping blades at higher speeds that I've found yet.

Yeah. On the NBS trucks, the curve of the glass makes the beam style wipers miss a little corner on the bottom of the passenger side. Thought about putting a heat gun on one to see if I could change it a little, but haven't gotten around to trying. I like the rain x ones.

I went to a 20" blade and now have good blade to windshield contact everywhere without any compromise for vision.

We ran Ancos since the 1990s. The truck now has ACDelco but will probably go Anco next time around.

I wasn't driving then, but Anco has always been my standard brand and I have no complaints. On my daily drivers, I only get about a year out of wipers due to my climate. High heat and frequent use kills 'em. The only reason they last so long on my Tahoe is because it lives in an insulated shop 300+ days a year.

Usually michelin or bosch will go on sale for half price on amz every few months. I found carnuba wax on the windshield after a claybar (which is great for getting stuff glass cleaner wont like oversprays) works better and longer than rain x. This is way more important than wiper type. I had a tahoe loaner last year that wasnt treated with anything, and it was a horrible experience driving at night; rain x (or similar) should be required like seat belts...
