We purchased a 2018 Denali a few weeks ago and I opted to have the Borla Touring exhaust installed last week. I looked at the GM branded Borla one but by the time I added the exhaust tips (sold separately) the Borla touring one was a better option as I was able to get get it from AutoAnything for $979.99 our the door and in my opinion the tips look much better/cleaner as they're welded and clamped. It adds a nice deep tune that is clearly a step up from stock and is quiet inside the cab when cruising but you can definitely hear it when you get on it. My wife thought it was pointless to purchase it (her car) but the minute she drove it she loved it and now smiles when she hits the throttle. If you're on the fence I highly recommend it. I looked at the S version but for our needs it was a just a bit too much.

I keep going back and forth on which to buy for our 6.2 RST

I would like to hear both somehow. No cabin drone on the touring Borla?

Is this the one that’s the same as the GM branded one?

Yes, I do believe they are basically the same. The true Borla one was much cheaper for me installed than the GM branded one so the decision was pretty straight forward. I'm 110% happy with the sound and would do it over again in a heartbeat. If you're on the fence, go for it. If prices is similar I'd go for the Borla one. This video helped me make my decision

No, no drone at all. Cabin noise is VERY minimal until you get on it, then you know it's there but is by no means obnoxious. This is my wife's DD and she loves it.

Is this the setup with the chrome tips? Or black?
