Might be a dumb question. I have the BB tune but she still drops to V4.

Any conflicts using this and BB?

Linked site says sold out. So good deal or not, it's moot.

Thought about getting one of those to use until I can get a BB tune. Oh well.

As far as I know, no.

I have one that I'll sell for $125 plus shipping.

What is the benefit for installing this? Is it the delay in wanting power from the engine while going from 4 - 8?

Yes and...

(Others will chime in here too, I'm sure)
To prevent (hopefully) future problems with the lifters, etc.
Some find it unnecessary. (I'm in this camp).
Some just plain don't like it.

I could feel the v4 kick in and I could hear it with my exhaust. With this ranger it doesn’t have that drone exhaust noise and it doesn’t kick down to v4 mode while driving down the road. It’s nice to have

I just hate how it lugs in V4 mode, I'll unplug my range on long trips to save fuel but around town I want the smooth V8 power all the time. Also got it to extend the life of the lifters/AFM system.
