I figured I should join and say hi as I came across this site about a month ago while I was researching Tahoes & Yukons for my new daily driver. After finally finding a great deal on a fully loaded 04 Yukon SLT awd with only 132k on it about an hour away in PA. Having never had one of these before I had alot to find out about all the little quirks and potential issues I could look out for. While Im perfectly comfortable with the LS family of engines (having built and swapped 2 of them into my other cars) everything else on the truck is new to me.

Enough rambling heres some pics of the truck

The guy on craigslist? Ive seen him listing a ton of trucks hes parting out, Im planing on calling and trying to get some parts.

Ive had the 67 for almost 25 years now and its the nice car, comfortable and nice to cruise around in, and fast enough (for now). The 73 is my "beater" Ive no plans to paint it or anything so I dont have to worry about rock chips and door dings, and once I finish tuning it, it should be plenty fast with around 500rwhp.

Yup, that guy. There's actually 2 guys, him and a partner. He gets some good stuff, but some if his prices are a little high, like his clusters and his electric fans. I got my center console, esky shifter and some broken lights--that's another story tho.
