How do you check which rear end you have?

Hey guys, quick question. I'm shopping for rear wheel bearings for my truck and I honestly have no clue if I have the 8.5 or 9.5 rear end.

My truck specs are: 2002 Tahoe 4x4 LS 5.3L Flex Fuel. Not sure I have the tow package, but I do have the tow/haul selector.

The smaller 10-bolt 8.5" axle. The 9.5" axle has a 14-bolt cover. Count them to make sure it wasn't changed over the years.
