Interior Door Panel Removal..... Help Needed!

So I'm wanting to get the "wood grain" wrapped in vinyl. But when I tried removing these pieces, it seems like there are screws from the backside of the door panel. Has anyone removed them? Just want to see if I can get some guidance before I try and remove them so as to reduce the odds of breaking any clips.

Also, has anyone removed the wood grain pieces in the center console? Would like some guidance on this also. Thanks!
