So I communicated with this vendor to inquire about getting a replacement ballast for the one that failed, and after I sent them a copy of my invoice (I can't log into the site and the password reset link doesn't work), I have received no further communication with them.
I tried about 3 more emails asking for an update, and I got nothing from them.
Perhaps a spam filter is eating my messages?
Perhaps you guys can help me though the site if your email isn't working.
I'd kinda like to get my headlights working properly again...
