You might try a post at gmt400.com, there may be a transfer case guru that knows the ins and outs.

Chevytalk.org is another one, not a ton of traffic but may be worth looking at.

So after googling np246 and abs, it does seem that the two systems are intertwined, atleast the speed sensor parts. My only real concern is if I will have to ditch my proportioning valve and put everything back to stock or if I can just use the sensor side of things. Since the abs is only activated by the speed sensors and not the actual brake lines and pressures (I hope) maybe I can get around it

Saw your other post, so it’s all back together and the brakes are better now that it’s had the ABS bleed?

Yessir! Cost me $178 to do a full flush, rear drum brake adjust, bleed and abs bleed

That sounds like it was a hassle.

OEM brakes aren't spectacular.
How about Front Brake upgrade?

You don't have to get drilled rotors, thats expensive.

But better pads, even Carbon Fiber pads (no more brake dust on your rims) make a huge difference.

Add a stronger set of calipers from Summit of something..... Thats a significant upgrade for not a lot of $$$

I already have, I’m running Powerstop drilled and slotted rotors with Ceramic pads, all new stainless steel braided brake lines new calipers etc. basically the only thing that has not been changed are the hardlines and the abs module itself, everything else is brand new. I’ll tell you though it’s stops pretty dam good! If needed my next step would be either hydroboost or rear disc.
