Bought my Yukon a few weeks ago and noticed the ac is warm sometimes at idle and randomly when driving on the highway, it looks like it's overcharged to me and I figured I would ask so see if this was normal for these trucks. ambient temp was around 90 to 100

I am a certified A/C man. is that the reading with the compressor engaged? It doesn't look like it.
Yes the ac was running on max and it was slightly cold inside the cab

With the system on, see if the clutch is engaged while the compressor is spinning.

The compressor is working I have cold air at times but the temperature fluctuates a lot and I want to know if this looks like an overcharged system the clutch is engaged and the engine is at idle with the ac on max the low side is reading 65psi

The low side , if I remember correctly, is supposed to be between 25-30 around 90* ambient temps, and high side should be twice the low plus 40 or somewhere around that

I would really be interested in seeing the high side pressure, beyond that all we could do here is speculate, but if the compressor is staying on, not cycling and you are getting that reading with the compressor on, your expansion valve may be malfunctioning.
What is the pressure with the system off?
