I am going to be getting new tires to replace the Goodyear Wranglers the dealer put on my Denali. Which one of these 2 tires is going to give me the best ride? I have Nitto Terra Grapplers, and 420's before, and they have held up well. Now I am looking for something a bit more aggressive that will also take some the harshness out of the Denali ride.

Well, if you have 22” wheels you won’t be getting the ko2’s... they don’t sell them for a 22” wheel.

I’ve heard a lot of good feedback on the ridge grapplers.

I have k02s and so far it's the best tires I've owned, it has got me through intense rain storms and heavy snow falls up and down the valley's and grips really well in dry roads. I love the look of the ridge grappler and heard many good things it will be a future purchase for sure.

I just put Ridge Grapplers on our truck. Really soft and quiet ride. I’m very happy with them.

I personally will never run Nitto again. Bad traction in my 4.6 Mustang, and they were slicker than owl shit on my Excursion. My V-10 could light up the Grapplers in 35" rubber when dry. Scary driving when wet. Then the damn things popped a band and I had to replace all 4 before tread wear would necessitate.

Since you like the KO2, I recommend you check out the General Grabber AT2. It's an American made tire that is a knock-off of the KO2. I've had my set for 15k miles and love them. Mine are E rated because I want the tow capacity and the LT tires last longer under wieght of larger vehicles vs. P rated. But they are offered in a P rated. You mention wanting a softer ride, so the P rated would be ideal.

I live in CT and we get some pretty decent snow and ice. The Grabbers on my 4x2 Tahoe were excellent last winter. I never had an issue getting around.

What’s the noise level of those tires?

When they were brand new they were pretty silent but not as silent as the stock Bridgestone's the only way you can hear the tires was to turn off fans and music and listen carefully. I've put over 13000km ( 8077 miles ) and noise levels has slightly increased but maoybe cause I have been abusing the tires, overall i still think it's pretty quiet not even close to how a high end m/t noise level is.

Let me add confusion- Cooper Zeon LTZ. Beefy hybrid tire that I have been very impressed with for 10000 miles so far. American made.
