Front and rear Sway bar bushing bolts rusted

I can't get them off. Ive tried all the magical sprays. Can I loosen them up with heat without breaking them. Like with a portable propane torch?

Yes, and then grease and replace the bushings and put in stainless steel bolts

If you go stainless, make sure you anti seize them and look up a torque spec so you don't gall them.

Ok thanks alot I'll try the heat because I don't know anything about extracting bolts lol

Aerokroil and heat. Or you could do the old ATF + acetone thing.....

Also don't forget that many times, the trick to rust is more water.

i only had one bolt head try and round off, just make sure youve got a good 6pt socket and are on it squarely. the bolts do tend to rust on the back side and you have to back them out thru it all

If the rubber bushing is still in usable condition, don't touch it.
