Front and rear Sway bar bushing bolts rusted

I can't get them off. Ive tried all the magical sprays. Can I loosen them up with heat without breaking them. Like with a portable propane torch?

Ok thanks alot I'll try the heat because I don't know anything about extracting bolts lol

i only had one bolt head try and round off, just make sure youve got a good 6pt socket and are on it squarely. the bolts do tend to rust on the back side and you have to back them out thru it all

If the rubber bushing is still in usable condition, don't touch it.
