Idk whats going on. The trip to work i got out of the truck and could smell something like hot or burning electronics like a abused speaker. The smell went away fast and couldn’t locate it. I then drove home after work and the same thing happened.

I went around to all the speakers and none of them had any burnt or hot smell. I even went to smell inder the hood cause i have led lights. I also smelled in by the fuzes and nothing.

The only think ive had done lately is an oil change and ball joint done.

Im at a loss haha.

No roof rack?

Wouldn’t trust the roof rack with all that weight anyway....

on my nbs I used to load that thing up with all kinds of crap, I guess it can make a difference on how it is distributed though. the cross members on the nnbs seem a bit flimsy compared to my nbs

I would start checking for any coolant leaks under the truck it can make funky smells that get sucked into the cab, a couple places to check is directly under the radiator and under the water pump. even a tiny leak will make odors.

Check your heater hose tee's that are located on the firewall too.

Rotate and balance tires, removed 6 dead baby mice from a rag in have stored in the spare battery tray. I guess babies can’t handle G forces of sudden supercharged take offs?
Oil change and trying out some new amsoil boosted 5w-30 oil
