I purchased you HID low beam headlight kit and your led fog light kit for my 2015 Yukon about 3 months ago...I have been very pleased with the system and the light output... This morning when I got in my vehicle I noticed that the left headlight was not working....Then after a few minutes of driving when I turned the headlights back on it was working... This is the second time in the last 2 weeks this has happened. Could the bulb be going out? Again I have had this kit in for about 3 months with no issues...Thanks in advance for any help or suggestions..

try swapping your ballast's from left to right first and see if the problem follows the ballast or not, if your setup has relays try swapping those also, one thing at a time not both at once, this will help narrow down the issue.

Ill try swapping the lights first..Thanks for the input...It is not consistent ...Again it only happend twice ...It is working fine now....If the light or ballast was bad or going bad it seems it would be happening all the time...Im gonna keep an eye on it and if it does it again then ill swap the bulbs first and go from there..thanks for the input

my experience has been the HID systems (any brand) either just quit or they go out slowly, it could just be a one off but if it keeps happening more and more just try swapping from side to side to get a better idea of what the exact cause it, I always suspect the relay first, ballast second, bulb last unless the bulb has a lot of hours on it then you can look at the bulb and see if it has any visible defects sometimes they will bubble up and get all weird looking.

I can also vouch for checking the ballast. Check how the ballasts are oriented and make sure water can’t get into the connections. In my case, the light would not work following a rain or heavy condensation. Replacing the ballast always fixed my light issues.

ya that is how these things are, your last reply said you were going to swap bulbs so I assumed you did, you may find that it will continue to do it more and more often as time goes on until it just quits all together. these don't typically just burn-out like a filament bulb in one shot they slowly take a dump.
