Abs delete

Use a Motiv pressure bleeder and you'll wonder why you never bought one before. It attaches to the mc and you fill it with up to 1/2 gallon of fluid , pump it up by hand and you can bleed all 4 brakes just by putting a clear tube on the bleeders and cracking them open. The mc automatically stays full. Watch the fluid and bubbles flow out. So easy it's ridiculous.

I looked at the Motiv bleeder and yes it looks awesome but for the number of times I would use it I can’t justify the cost, and trust me I’ve got a lot of stuff in my garage where I should have said that

I struggled with that too. For years. And meanwhile I bought one of the vacuum ones that hook to a compressor and wasted a gallon of brake fluid and an entire day trying to bleed my brakes and ended up returning it and doing it the old fashioned way. Then next time when I was installing my Wilwoods I decided wtf, compared to the cost of my brakes it was nothing. Now I wish I'd have bought it years ago. Even if I only need it twice in my lifetime it's worth it.

Decided I’m going to go through with the delete and do that before making the jump to hydroboost. My brakes are just too inconsistent and I know it’s because of that pesky abs module. I just need to know the thread on the abs input lines so I can get the proper adapters anybody know?

anyone here ?
I have a 2000 Z71 and the ABS module has been removed and piped the front disc in direct and the rear going through a wilwood manual adjustable for rear drums... It doesnt work pedal goes to the floor ..its been power bled and everything...Ive had several different shops attempt fixing this . everyone wants to change the MC with no results.. thanks

Yes, plus a new proportioning valve for the rear disc brakes.

would love to talk to you.. I just did the same thing but the pedal goes down a ways

Do new stainless steel lines in front and rear, then make sure the rear brakes are adjusted properly, then bleed them
